THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

The IT Business Analyst – Globetrotter will create value by enabling quality scoping and execution of projects and enhancements related to our CRM platform and other customer experience projects. By enabling the fidelity of the platform and scoping/executing projects to improve the platform, Rosewood Hotel Group will have better insights into customer behaviours, more accurate customer data and a true 360 degree view of critical areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborate with CRM and IT to scope and execute both remediations and enhancements to our Global Customer Profile platform

* Plan, control and communicate projects in compliance with our in-house methodology

* Provide regular status updates and insights into project execution

* Collaborate with Operations to enable increased data-fidelity, often times via projects and enhancements to edge systems.

* Oversight of the “Shell” of standard data used to describe our hotels.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with Hotel/Hospitality industry for minimum 5 years

* Strong database and SQL skills coupled with a data-orientation and ability to do hands-on research

* Prior experience as Business Analyst & Project Manager 5 years +

* Excellent spoken, written and presentation skills

* Able to scope a project including presentation of key findings, solution scenarios and project planning/execution.
