This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents Bar and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Bars Supervisor who wants to move forward in career.
As Bars Supervisor, you will be required to;
* Ensure the highest standards of service.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Recruit, train and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements.
* Ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work during the weekends. You will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers. You will be required to work 30 hours per week.
