Soho Farmhouse is a 100-acre estate and members’ club, set in the Oxfordshire countryside, located just outside of Chipping Norton. The site comprises of 40 log cabins spread around lakes, as well as the main Farmhouse and cottage, pools, a gym, Cowshed spa, tennis courts, cinema and paddock.

The Role…

We are currently looking for Bars Manager to be responsible for overseeing the beverage operation at Soho Farmhouse and ensuring its overall success. You’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be part of leading a first-class team and growing the business. You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability to build relationships with members and guests alike. Having previous experience in a similar management role, you will understand how to deliver quality service, working at pace, with a positive and engaging personality.

* Manage the budgets for all bars, as well as stock take
* Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
* Communicate member and guest feedback to the team, responding accurately and adapting as necessary
* Support House Tonic program and conduct House Tonic related trainings.
* Ensure maximum revenue is achieved from all sales opportunities
