This large hotel boasts 402 bedrooms & 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates. The hotel is popular for a variation of event and our facilities are available for wedding receptions. The Adelphi offers a relaxing drink at the vibrant Wave Bar and Residents Bar and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Bars Manager on to the team.
As Bar Manager, you will be required to;
* Take full responsibility for stock and money on the bars.
* Recruit, train, develop and manage all bar staff.
* Ensure all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
* Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bars Manager. You must be able to plan, rota and control wage costs within company guidelines. You must be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build on your experience to assist in the continuing development of the Hotel.
