Seeking experienced restaurant and bar staff to work in a fast paced and busy hotel, your duties will include but are not limited to: Bar, restaurant conference and banqueting service. Meeting and greeting guests demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times. Taking orders and processing through our Micros system to ensure that billing is correct and information for the Kitchen is accurate. Clearing and relaying tables. Ensuring a keen eye for detail and demonstrating a proactive approach to rectifying mistakes. Serving drinks on the bar including cocktails Adhering to health and safety and other standard operational procedures. Be an effective communicator who is willing to learn and develop.
