OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
The main purpose of the barback in the main bar is to assist cocktail servers and bartenders in all facets of food and beverage service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of six months experience in a fine dining or casually elegant upscale establishment preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
* Ability to clearly communicate information with bartenders, servers and customers.
* Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. overhead 25 times over an 8 hour period.
* Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to read and understand instructions, safety rules, etc.
