Bar Shift Leader

We're looking for someone who excels at creating a fantastic customer experience. Well-presented with great communication skills, your passion for outstanding service and love for good food and drink really comes across. You will be able to demonstrate that you have good leadership qualities and a great knowledge of Scottish whiskies & gins, wines and cocktails and a eagerness to continue learning and developing.

Your role will involve leading the team to ensure high quality and efficient services. You will also be keen to learn about all our menus, beverage offering, suppliers, hotel amenities and local tourist attractions. You will also enjoy offering guests our premium products.

This is a great time for new team members to join as, upon re opening after Lockdown, we will all be embarking on a journey towards 4 star plus service and all round excellence. This role would suit a recent hotel or hospitality graduate or some who wants to commit and progress their career in this industry.
