We are currently recruiting for a confident and self-motivated Assistant Room Service Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our Room Service operations.

The successful candidate will have previous 5 star supervisory/managerial experience and will have an excellent understanding of room service operations. As Assistant Room Service Manager you will ensure that the Room Service department operates to the required standards and that the operation is organised and well structured. You will also be able to plan and carry out any relevant training and motivate others to strive to produce first class, high quality service that resembles the company’s customer service values.

Entry Requirements:

* Supervisory/managerial experience (minimum of 5 people)

* 4/5 star/ silver service experience

* Good knowledge of Food, Wine and Beverages

* Experience in training standards and procedures

* Good understanding of Profit and Loss

* Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience with TISSL would be beneficial

* Health and Safety conversant

* Excellent attention to detail

* Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence

* Possess the ability to work under pressure

* Strong organisational skills

* Has a excellent command of the English language

* Displays a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

* Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with guests and colleagues

* Flexibility toward shift patterns as role may involve night shifts
