Assistant Restaurant Manager

Main purpose of the role:

Our restaurants and bars are vibrant places to work and are central to our guest's overall hotel experience. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the department manager, making sure the highest standards and quality are achieved throughout the F&B operation, whilst engaging and motivating colleagues through training, coaching and strong communication. You'll also help oversee the profitability for the department and be involved in auditing, stock control and even recruitment.

The ideal Candidate:

You'll be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and intuitively understand our guest's journey. You'll know how to deliver the best quality food and beverage experiences with flair, have a positive and upbeat attitude, and have gained experience working in similar environment. This role requires someone with a genuinely strong passion for excellent cutomer service, eye for detail and natural leadership skills. You'll also be:
