Assistant Night Manager

In this role you will be working for Valor Hospitality Europe which is part of a leading US hotel management company with over 17 properties in the UK operating a number of recognised worldwide brands and exciting expansion plans to add more hotels in the UK and Europe.
The Assistant Night Manager role involves a range of duties assisting in the smooth running of the nights department. Duties include ensuring the safety and security of guests, completion of night audit and related accounting procedures, checking guests in/out, assisting with the service of late night food and drink, as well as dealing with queries ensuring customers are delighted with the service, whilst ensuring the Company standards and values are delivered at all times.

The successful applicant must have previous experience in management or supervisory work, preferably within a front of house department in a hotel or customer service environment, and be able to work flexible hours, on any day of the week.
