Role Objective

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our very successful company. The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for details, head for numbers and good communication skills are a must.

Main Responsibilities

Examples of your day to day responsibilities would include but are not restricted to:

* Basic administrative duties.

* Making telephone calls

* Answering email and telephone enquiries

* Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets

* Reporting to supervisor

Person Specification

The candidate must have:

* "A can do" attitude

* Self-motivated

* Polite and professional telephone manner

* Attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels

* General administration duties
