Marketing and Reputation Coordinator

Reputation is everything.

That’s why as our Marketing & Reputation Coordinator, you’ll help us manage our online reputation by responding to guest reviews.

Forget Art Attack, you can get those creative juices flowing helping the team with design requests.

Love all things social media? Perfect. You’ll help the team plan and schedule content for our Atlas accounts.

You’ll be a stickler for detail, producing content audits and reports to the Marketing Manager, and you’ll be well-organised, printing and sending collateral to hotels.

With this role comes variety. And, with new hotels on the horizon, there’ll be plenty to get your teeth stuck into.

You’ll be based in our new office in Leicester and have lots of opportunities to learn and collaborate with other teams. Now’s a really exciting time to join Atlas! (if we do say so ourselves…)

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete daily 4* and 5* review management and responses for the portfolio
• Support the on-going management of image and content libraries/databases
• Using Canva produce content/graphics for internal communications
• Conduct content audits and produce reports back to the Marketing Manager
• Update Guest messaging/notifications across platforms as required
• Extract and provide daily, weekly and month reports to the Data and Analytics team
• Support the Marketing Manager with scheduling posts for Social Channels
• Provide administrative support across the Revenue, Distribution and Marketing teams as required
• Print and distribute hotel collateral as required
• Any other reasonable requests made by management

Experience of Job Holder

• Previous background in administration or marketing graduate
• An understanding social media or reputation platforms
• Knowledge of CMS, InDesign and Canva are beneficial

Skills of Job Holder

• An good communicator – oral and written
• Knowledge of media editing software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Canva and InDesign
• Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively – good time management skills
• Adaptability, creativity and problem solving
• Team player, flexible, hands on attitude, able to use own initiative to solve problems, organised and efficient
• Flexibility to travel
• High level of motivation, determination and commitment
• Eligible to work in the UK
