Must attend any additional product training.
NVQ level 3 in beauty or an equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a beauty therapy role is essential. Previous experience within a hotel environment is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of the treatment menu and the retail products available.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of the hotel and facilities.
Flexibility to work different shifts to cover opening hours.
Fluent level of written and spoken English is essential.
